Cracklings

Cracklings are a traditional dish, made by melting little pieces of pork bacon in a metal cauldron. Milk, tiny bits of onion, and at the end – salt, are being added to the cracklings during the process. And so our cracklings are just like traditional – beautiful reddish-yellow, crispy, fragrant and pleasantly salty.

Cracklings delicates

When almost all fat is squeezed out from the cracklings, that results in delicious, thin crispy slices, which we call deli cracklings. The best way to serve them is as a modern snack or a glass of beer or wine.
